What sports are offered?

The portal currently serves baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball; however, it is designed to handle every sport. Plans are in place to offer additional sports — stay tuned! Top

How do we sign up?

It’s simple — just call us toll free at 1 888 5 DOOGIE {536-6443}, or contact us using our website contact form! A doogie company representative will then contact you momentarily to walk you through the sign-up process, which can be completed in just a few minutes. You could start adding players today! Top

How much does it cost?

An individual Player Profile is only $5 per month, paid in advance ($60 per year). This is simply the most affordable service of this type for what you get — do your homework on other online recruiting services and see for yourself! Site licenses can also be purcahsed by school districts and/or individual schools for an annual licensing fee — allowing the athletes to garner unprecedented recruiting exposure at no cost to them or their families. Please contact us for school/district pricing options. Top

Who pays for it?

We offer different pricing options to meet the needs of the athletes, their families, and the schools and/or school districts. Our portal can be licensed to school districts or individual schools for an annual licensing fee which allows all athletes in all sports to take advantage of the unprecedented exposure we offer at no charge. Individual Player Profiles can be paid for by the players, or their parents, at a cost of only $5 per month if their school or district is not participating in a site license agreement. Parents of athletes often spend hundreds (if not thousands) trying to get them the most possible exposure, and hopefully, that scholarship offer. What parent would not want to spend a modest $5 per month to expose their athlete to our extensive and growing database of college recruiters? Top

What methods of payment are accepted and how do athletes pay?

Doogie Company accepts all major credit cards or debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos, as well as personal checks and⁄or money orders. Once the head coach (or System Administrator) adds a player to the system, the athlete will be given a user name and password to login to his profile. Upon the first login, the player will be prompted for credit card payment at our secure online payment page. If the athlete prefers to pay by check or money order, they should be made payable to Doogie Company, LLC and mailed to 330 Rayford Rd, Suite 227, Spring, TX 77386-1980. Once payment has been received and verified, the player profile will be activated for viewing by recruiters. Please note: a player will not be able to view his own profile until payment has been verified. Top

How does the high school athletic program earn money?

One answer is through our unique, and unprecedented revenue sharing program. When an athletic program signs up, Doogie Company receives 100% of each player’s $60 annual subscription fee until the annual licensing fee for the high school is met — this is typically the first 16 players added into the system. Doogie Company then gives back to the program 30% ($18) of the annual fees for any player added to the system after the annual licensing fee for the high school is met. Top

What is doogieFundraiser™?

Another way for your school’s athletic program to earn money is through our doogieFundraiser™ program, which is unique in that it is the first fundraiser of it’s kind (100% web-based), you can continue to earn money each year without having to do anything after the first year, and the profit margin is 50% no matter how many doogiePages™ are sold. Can a player edit his own profile?

Yes, but only if the head coach (or System Administrator) grants him access to do so. Player profile information remains credible if the high school coaching staff is inputting the information, however, the coach administrator can grant players access to edit their own information through their ‘Manage Players’ control panel. Top

How much video can I upload?

One video per player profile may be uploaded. There is a 125 MB file size limit. That being said, the video can be removed and replaced an unlimited number of times, so coaches and/or players can update their highlight video as often as necessary. Top

What video formats are accepted?

The following video formats are accepted: AVI, MOV, WMV, MPEG, and FLV. Top

Is there any extra cost for video upload?

No. The Player Profile portal is designed to give you the most independent functionality possible at the lowest possible cost. That being said, all video must be edited and must meet the file size requirements prior to upload. Video editing can be done by Doogie Company for an additional fee. Top

Can a player get a profile if his school does not sign up?

Yes. Individual players may sign up for a Player Profile even if his school does not participate. These players go into a category for “Independents” that is broken up by state. Independents must have a parent/guardian and/or coach provide written permission (by email or website submission — please include a telephone number), AND payment must be received before a profile is activated.
